If we’ve learned anything from the great #snowpacalypse of 2014, specifically the debacle in Atlanta a few weeks ago, it’s that social media is powerful in the face of Mother Nature. While Charlotte is shut down the next couple of days, rest assured that there’s help out there if you need it. A new Charlotte Facebook group aims to connect the cold and needy with the warm-hearted. “snOMG Charlotte Feb. 2014” already has more than 100 members, many already offering a warm room and hot chocolate.
