Here we go again with the poo in the water …
In April, both Concord Lake and Lake Norman had poo-water.
An estimated 20,000 gallons of partly treated sewage went into a creek late Saturday after an equipment malfunction at the Sugar Creek sewage treatment plant, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Utilities said Monday.
