House Speaker Thom Tillis and Senate President Phil Berger will appeal the ruling last week that allowed gay marriage in North Carolina. They’ll have 30 complaints to take their grievances to the 4th Circuit. Gov. McCrory has said he won’t challenging the rulings.

Since the taxpayers are represented by the Attorney General, The court should order House Speaker Thom Tillis and Senate President Phil Berger to personally pay the outside attorneys they have chosen to hire.
So let me get this straight 30 complaints out of a state of 9.8 million or .0003% justifies spending tax dollars on trying to get this overturned. I am sure we could muster a higher percentage on getting these two impeached for wasting money.
Tillis and Berger’s attorney is the nation’s leading anti-gay bigot, who co founded the National Organization for Marriage and sits on its’ Board. NOM has been certified as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center. Although the attorney has poked his nose into several states’ same sex marriage proceedings, he has never won a case and won’t win here. The only thing worse than an adamant bigot is a losing adamant bigot!
