Creative Loafing photographer Jasiatic snapped some pics of artist/superhero de’Angelo “El Negrito” Dia as he passed out flowers as a way to promote peace to attendees at this past weekend’s NRA Annual Meeting in Charlotte.
You may remember that we wrote about Dia and his performance and visual art few months ago. Anyway, here are a couple of photos of the man in action:

@ Frank Griffin – Many DO forget that this abundance came from taking land, livestock and life from others who were the first inhabitants of the US. and YES….GUNS were used then too. Peace is not established nor maintained by violence. And NO..soldiers in the middle east are NOT protecting my way of life. The went there on an executive order based upon the lie of WMD’s. We need someone to protect our way of life from those who live right here and are American Citizens (racial motivated terrorists, corrupt CEO’s and executives, Sarah Palin, the GOP and politicians who are in office to serve themselves.
Frank, why do you feel you always have to insult people personally? Ron didn’t call you any names, simply tried to engage in debate, and you turn around and say he’s “ignorant.” That’s the reason people on here usually don’t bother debating you.
I can only do what the talking heads on Fox News tell me to. If somebody says something I disagree with I just say “liberal” and all is well. Intelligent discourse isn’t exactly my forte.
