Girl Talk Foundation, Inc. Tailoring Teens For Success Program Accepting Applications
Who: Girl Talk Foundation, Inc.a non-profit organization empowering young girls between the ages 11-16 to become leaders.
What: Tailoring Teens For Success, a 10-week program focusing on managing anger, finance, etiquette, health/hygiene and self acceptance to name a few. Program is designed to build character, encourage positive and critical thinking, and develop leadership and life skills in young girls. The curriculum also includes a one day college tour. Program is limited to 35 girls.
When: Saturday September 6, 2008 Saturday November 8, 2008
10 consecutive Saturdays; 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Girls must attend at least eight sessions to complete curriculum.
Where: The University of Phoenix, 10925 David Taylor Drive, Room #105.
