After CL interviewed Heather Tidwell before her Almost Famous Chef showdown, she went on to steal the show! Tidwell will be heading to the finals competition at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in St. Helena, Calif., on March 7. We wish Heather the best of luck and would love to see a Charlotte Chef win the competition!
