Historic Charlotte presents Artevation: Mad About Modern, a celebration of National Historic Preservation Month. The opening reception will go down Thursday, May 7. See the press release below for more information.
Artevation (Art + Preservation) presents an exhibit, Mad about Modern, featuring photographs of Mid-Century Modern Charlotte style and architecture from the Kugler’s Studio archives. Photos will be on display and for sale during the opening reception and through July. Join us as we also celebrate Historic Latt Arcade’s 95th birthday.
A portion of the art sales directly benefits Historic Charlotte. The evening will also launch the publication of Ken Beebe’s limited edition book Vintage Charlotte.
