A press conference in L.A. today confirmed what many people thought would never happen — a reunion tour of Van Halen with David Lee Roth as frontman.

And guess where the tour is set to kick off — Charlotte!

That’s right, the tour’s first date is Sept. 27 at Charlotte Bobcats Arena. Tickets go on sale on Aug. 18.
