This afternoon, when the sun was at its highest point in the sky and the heat index was over 1,000 [I know that’s a bit of a stretch], I passed a building where people started pouring out. As they stepped outside, you could see a look of relief on their faces. Really?
How hot was it inside that place if they found relief outside in this heat and humidity?
