Don’t you wish state officials would stop talking about finishing I-485 and just do it?

North Carolina’s transportation secretary said Wednesday morning that the first work on the final phase of Interstate 485 will begin this year.

And, added Gene Conti, the state still has a goal of finishing the leg of I-485 by 2012.
