Judge David O. Carter has agreed to “hear the merits” of Alan Keyes case regarding the legitimacy of Obama’s citizenship if he can get his paperwork together.

As the rest of the world obsesses over this recycled rumor, check out this article posted more than a year ago:
It is the Internet rumor that will not die.
It goes something like this: Barack Obama is ineligible to be president because he (pick one or more) was not really born in Hawaii, he relinquished his U.S. citizenship as a child in Indonesia, his mother was too young or – for those who allow that he might have been born in Hawaii – he was born before Hawaii became a state.
Wrong, wrong, wrong and so wrong.
And we don’t want to have this conversation again.

No he hasn’t. There has not been even one case that asks for documents. All the cases were to stop the election or to stop the certification of the election. Now there is a case of a soldier who does not want to go to Afghanistan. And this case also does not ask the court to require that Obama show the court his birth certificate.
Obama has refused to produce any records re his citizenship; birth, adoption, passports, school apps and records, selective service data, state bar records and other gov records – zip.
Obama could not be hired as mere police officer or mail clerk – based on his refusal to produce proof of his birth, upon which many of his records would reference and substantiate – or not(?)
So Obama is now the first president in American history to be sued (by many) to “require” him to prove his constitutional authority to hold the office of president.
This is very valid and serious issue. Completely unprecedented.
I voted for Obama cause he pretended to care about us and sounded like he knew what he was talking about. I look at him now and did some reading and was amazed at the things I have come across that the media blinded our eyes to during the election period. I don’t think he should be able to hide his birth record when we all have to provide one for jobs. Why is it that the courts keep denying the American people the right to see if Obama is for real or not? I will be the first to admit I wanted a black president but now I am afraid for our country. If this man is an imposter with radical eastern ties then we are all in deep trouble. I wish I could rewind back to the election, I would have cast a different vote.
I have been reading so much on Obama and it sickens me. Where was Dr. Keyes during the election? I don’t ever remember seeing him. It seems to me he neees to start campaigning now and get his name out there.
…and Elvis is alive and well, and we didn’t really go to the moon and JFK was killed by Richard Nixon.
If you shout something enough times, those the least among us will eventually believe it.
Anyone whose right to vote is challenged by Democrats can plead as a defense the Dems lack standing because they don’t check the standing of their candidate for president. If its the primary or presidential election, they can challenge Obama’s standing as part of one common controversy, who is eligible to participate in an election as candidate, voter, or party sponsor.
If Obama was adopted in Indonesia, he might be a US citizen but not natural born for purpose of being CINC. The latter is different than citizenship.
The person has to have centered their personal interest on the US from the time of birth to be eligible for CINC. Look at Associate Justice Story’s book on Constitutional Interpretation, the first.
A US citizen raised in Russia to think he is Russian is not eligible to be president because he was not raised in loyalty to America at every moment of his childhood.
We might have a way of finding out if Obama was born in the US. Who should we contact to start an investigation? Any suggestions?

Commentary on University Emails:
For the BHO II Hawaiian Aug 4 1961 COLB to be accurate the following improbable events needed to occur:
1 month after starting classes, Stanley Ann Dunham, Barack’s mom, at age 17, got pregnant by the only black African man on the entire chain of Hawaiian islands.
2 months after getting pregnant, she drops out of college.
3 months after getting pregnant, she marries BHO Sr.
10 months after her first day at the U of HI, she delivers BHO II and immediately leaves her parents, her new husband, and her home, to fly alone with a newborn 2800 miles to Seattle to start college at the U of W.
Stanley Ann Dunham does not return to Hawaii until AFTER BHO Sr left the islands for Harvard.
This is an implausible series of events made even more nefarious because Obama II in his 2 bio books never mentions his mom left Hawaii when she was married to BHO Sr, nor does he mention she was in Washington State during this time.
