Discovery Place invites folks to visit its quarters for no cost during its Public Free Day on Sunday, June 27, from 12 p.m.-5 p.m. The event comes as a celebration that concludes the museums 18-month renovation (which cost a whopping $31.6 million).
New interactive science and technology exhibits will be unveiled, as well as two new exhibitions, including Fantastic Frogs – featuring live frogs and information on their survival skills in the wild – and World Alive – highlighting biodiversity and the world’s eco-systems with an upgraded rainforest, aquarium and two hands-on labs.
