Race To The Top — a new event in which participants race to climb Duke Energy Center’s 1,194 steps to the 49th floor — happening on Saturday, March 26 is serious business. Climbers will be divided and placed into groups (based on experience level) that start at different levels of the building. Seven awards will be given to the fastest three men and women and the overall fastest climber to finish the race. For more information or to register, visit www.charlottesports.org/racetothetop. 9 a.m. Duke Energy Center, 550 S. Tryon St.
