Yesterday, my wife received a notice from Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, telling her that her premium is going up over 25 percent, and her co-pays are nearly doubling. Later in the day (at dinnertime, naturally), we got a voice mail from BCBSNC, warning of us of the dangers of health care reform and urging us to tell our representatives to oppose reform. As 30 Rock’s Liz Lemon likes to say, kinda makes ya think, huh?
