Wow. Doctors even prescribed methadone for Smith when she was pregnant. Nonsense. Eleven different prescription medications were found in the room where the blond bombshell died.
Howard K. Stern won’t be shaking the Anna Nicole Smith association anytime soon.
Along with two doctors who wrote prescriptions for Smith, Stern was charged Thursday with obtaining drugs for the late model and reality-TV star, who died of an accidental prescription-drug overdose in 2007.
Stern, psychiatrist Kristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, whose office was raided by Drug Enforcement Agency officials last month at the behest of the California Medical Board, are all facing one count apiece of felony conspiracy to furnish drugs to Smith and prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict.
“These individuals repeatedly and excessively furnished thousands of prescription pills to Anna Nicole Smith, often for no legitimate medical purpose,” California Attorney General Jerry Brown said in a statement. “There is ample evidence that Doctor Eroshevich and Doctor Kapoor violated their ethical obligations as physicians, while Mr. Stern funneled highly addictive drugs to Ms. Smith.”

HKS killed Anna because she was, the very next week, scheduled to testify in the hearing on Daniel’s death. Anna was going to tell the truth of what happened that night — that Stern gave Daniel the drugs that killed him. Anna was being tormented by dreams of Daniel telling her that she must do the right thing and tell the truth about Stern. Stern did not readily want to kill Anna, but he felt he had no choice because she was intent on exposing him as the murderer of her son. And, HKS knew as long as Dannilyn was alive and well, he could use her as the heir to fight for Marshall’s money. The problem was that he had to get Larry Birkhead to stop fighting him and join forces with him (which Larry did). Once he and Larry joined forces that is when he gave the baby to Larry.
HKS did intentionally kill Daniel as well. Daniel confronted HKS about Anna that very night that HKS killed him. HKS became very aware that Daniel would be a problem for him keeping Anna under his control, therefore he had to have him removed from the picture.
You have to understand, HKS gave up his career and livelihood to fight for the Marshall’s money — he had everything invested in this feat. He wasn’t going to let Anna nor her son stop him. HKS kept Anna (a known drug addict) drugged throughout the day. He was stealing from her accounts, by first having his parents and sister put the money into thier bank accounts, then eventually placing all the funds in an off shore banks
