We give Fox News a lot of well-deserved grief for claiming to be “fair and balanced,” seeing as how they’re the unofficial news organization of the Republican Party and have been since Day One. Media Matters, a liberal group that looks at media bias, has now compiled an eye-opening report called “Off the Rails: The Year in Fox News Misinformation.” Highlights include Fox urging Tiger Woods to give up Buddhism for Christianity; fearmongering over health care reform; and a slew of Glenn Beck fiascos. Read the report and weep, or maybe chuckle.

Anyone who can’t see that Fox News is the propaganda arm of the Republican Party is so blinded by party loyalty that they are incapable of making a rational decision about anything that they hear.
