Cyros Sushi and Sake Bar, 6601 Morrison Blvd. (beside Rooster’s) will open on Thursday, Jan. 14. Lunch hours are Monday to Saturday 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.; dinner hours are Monday through Wednesday 5 p.m. until 11 p.m., Thursday to Saturday 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. Cyros is closed Sunday.
