JULY 23 — Brooklyn Beer Dinner. The guest of honor, Jason Gavin of Brooklyn Brewery, will be at Ruth’s Chris Steak House for this dinner that features Brooklyn Lager at the cocktail reception and, later, a three-course meal. The meal will include the following: crab-cake salad paired with Brooklyn Local One and petit filet with bleu cheese crust paired with Brooklyn Brown Ale.
