sushi-clock-2

“Hey Kim, what time is it?”

“Oh, it’s half-past salmon.”

“Huh?”

I guess you couldn’t really say that unless you had one of these … a sushi clock.(FYI: The sushi isn’t real; it’s art, people!)

What a great way to add color to your kitchen … and it’s not a bad conversation starter, either. If it weren’t for its price tag — $312 US dollars — I’d get one.

Of course, if the idea of raw fish makes you a little queasy, this might not be the timepiece you want to rely on.

To purchase one, visit Japan Trend Shop. (Side note: The battery is included but the manual is in Japanese. Oops).

  1. Making sushi at home is so simple and actually very cheap. If you can find good seafood, it is actually a lot of fun and you can make all your favorite sushi easily.
