APRIL 24 — Cooking with Beer Demo Presented by Earth Fare. Finish out Beer Week with a bang. Chef apprentice Kelsey Laird of Ratcliffe on the Green will demonstrate how to cook fresh Carolina fish battered in Carolina Blonde Ale with a side of shoestring chips.
