Dolphus Ramseur is a North Carolina native and head of Ramseur Records. He and The Avett Brothers, one of the many bands on his label, just returned from a sold-out show in New York. Before that, Ramseur was taking his talent to the United Kingdom. He took some time from his busy schedule to share his playlist with CL.
