Was at the Harvard/Grids concert last night — which was phenomenal, by the way — when I heard singer Rob Davis say, “We only have one more show as a band after this.” Um, what?
I sent a quick email out to bassist Gus Engstrom when I got home, and he confirmed the news. Apparently the drummer is leaving, so the band is calling it quits.
Engstrom says the band’s last show will be Feb. 4 — according to the band’s Web site, it’ll be at The Milestone.
