It came from MySpace

I actually heard about this on MTV this morning (weird, eh?):Alt-soul vocalist Res and conscious rapper Talib Kweli have formed a new two-person group called Idle Warship.

Kweli said in an interview on MTV’s “Sucker Free” show that the group was created so Res and him could create more dance-floor friendly music.

No CD is slated for release at the moment, but you can hear some of the group’s tracks on their MySpace page: http://www.myspace.com/idlewarship
