Laura Izibor must really love Charlotte. In 2009, the Irish-born soul singer hit town at least twice to perform songs from her debut album Let the Truth Be Told. Well, on Friday she’s back once again — this time to sing for folks attending the Urban League of Central Carolinas Young Professionals 2010 Leadership Awards.
