Hickory native and former Charlotte resident Heidi Sidelinker will be making a return to the Queen City with her band, Lowry. Sidelinker often played as a part of the indie rock quintet during the last few years while she was a local resident, but decided not too long ago to pack her things and head to Brooklyn. Now, Lowry is set to release its sophomore studio album, Love is Dead, on Oct. 26. They’ll also be a part of the Crowntown Showdown at the Muse on Oct. 22.
Lowry will perform at The Evening Muse on Oct. 22 for the Crowntown Showdown and on Oct. 25 at 10:30 p.m. with Charlotte’s Transmission Fields. Tickets are $8.
