Only a few days after trashing the Identity Festival and garnering plenty of scathing comments, I got a link for the new video for Skrillex’s song “First of the Year.” I gotta say, I’m impressed. Aside from a great video, the song builds on itself, changes things up and isn’t simply the same beat over and over again. Check it out:

    I hope you aren’t talking about this song. Not only does it only contain four parts (two of which are the drop just one with a slightly different rub beat), but it has the SAME drop as “Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites.” Also, Aphex Twin music videos are pretty cool I guess.
