The Deal: Dave Matthews Band showcases new and old during summer tour stop.

The Good: If you’re a big DMB fan, the show was a chance to hear some of the band’s new songs — “A Dream So Real,” “Corn Bread” and “Eh Hee.” (No word on when a new album will be released, but the band has been in the studio.) While the band opened with the slow “A Dream So Real,” they quickly got things rolling with “Two Step” and “Corn Bread.” “Crush” seemed to be the hit of the night, while the encore of “All Along the Watchtower” didn’t disappoint either. Crew member Joe Lawlor came out for “Stand Up” and simply shredded his guitar work and the solo. I’ve only seen the band twice, but both times they’ve appeared in great spirits — all smiles and having fun, the way it should be.

The Bad: A handful of the tracks were for the die-hard fans — not necessarily a bad thing. Once or twice the jamming seemed to get repetitive, but the talent was still obvious. Really nothing to complain about. After all, it’s difficult to be upset with a three-hour concert.

The Verdict: A tiring three-hour show that gave a sample of hits while showcasing the obscure and new. Check out more photos and the complete setlist at qcvibes.com
