For All Signs Two weeks ago I wrote about the critically important arrangement of Saturn and Neptune. This is a theme for many months so I will be referring to it often. Saturn rules hard-core reality, the rules and limits of our lives. Neptune rules the spiritual, the ethereal, that which is illusive or having no boundaries. Saturn’s practicality shows up the “lie behind the curtain.” Neptune represents that which is perfect. It gives us dreams and hopes for something better in the future.
