NC Amateur Sports has Announced the Addition of two new Board Members

DURHAM, NC – North Carolina Amateur Sports announced the addition of two new Board Members at its meeting in August.  They are profiled below:

Burt Jenkins, Manager of Sponsorship Marketing at Activation at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina – Mr. Jenkins has been with BlueCross and BlueShield of North Carolina for nearly five years.  He previously worked with Learfield and IMG College.  He will bring his background in sports marketing, sponsorships, and activation to N.C. Amateur Sports.

Shelly Leslie, General Manager of Audience Development at Capitol Broadcasting Company – Ms. Leslie has been with Capitol Broadcasting Company for over thirty years and is an avid cyclist as well.  She brings marketing, social media, broadcast and advertising experience to N.C. Amateur Sports.

North Carolina Amateur Sports (NCAS) is the 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that annually hosts the Powerade State Games of North Carolina and Cycle North Carolina.
