Brat Bust: A man entered a gas station and walked over to a hot dog machine. He took three wieners valued at $3.87 and ate them while standing at the machine. The manager asked the man if he was going to pay for the pork products he had just consumed. The man said he had no money. The manager called the police who arrested the man, who was still at the scene consuming hot dogs.

Sweet-Smelling Bandit: A security officer observed a 14-year-old boy steal two watches from a department store. The boy got away before she could apprehend him. On another day, the security officer saw the same boy. She apprehended him and called the police. She wouldn’t have had any evidence, but while detaining him two more watches fell out of his pants. The boy also had smuggled a $29.50 bottle of Estée Lauder perfume down his pants. Before police arrived, the boy escaped custody. The police officer en route saw the boy being chased through the mall by security and apprehended the perfume snatcher in the parking lot.

Appropriately named street: An unknown suspect broke into a woman’s home, damaging her back door and frame. The woman lived on a street called Pirates Place.

Inappropriately Named Street: A man was walking down the street when a jeep stopped behind him. An unknown suspect jumped out and approached the man from behind. The suspect cut him in the face with a pocketknife. The man was walking on Candystick Lane.

Heeere’s Johnny!: A 23-year-old man got in an argument with his nephew. The uncle proceeded to bash the driver-side door of his nephew’s Acura with an ax handle.

He Said, She Said: On Sunday night a woman was leaving the parking lot of her apartment complex when a male acquaintance down the street shouted, “If someone else says you said something, I’m gonna knock on your door and bust you in the mouth.”

Threats of the Week: A woman received 13 threatening text messages on her cell phone. The harassing messages stated, “You’re a sucker,” “I’m suppose to be a dead beat” and “bitch, you need to die slow.” The woman text-messaged the man back several times asking him to stop text messaging her. He has not stopped.
