I love that Charlotte has several non-commercial radio stations. As a “circ girl,” I spend a lot of my time in my car. I would go crazy if I had to listen to commercial radio all day. I love WFAE 90.7 for news, WNCW 100.3 or 88.7 and WSGE 91.7 for the eclectic blend of music. Give them a listen sometime.

East Boulevard in the spring. It’s a great area to walk for cute shops like Handpicked and great restaurants (with outside seating) like Cantina 1511 or 300 East. The tree-lined streets are beautiful and are full of walkers and runners.
