This chain is renowned for its ribs, yet here we go and give them an award for their chicken wings. Go figure. Certainly, the ribs are fine (and the potato skins are heavenly), but the wings — meaty but not flabby — are tasty even before you douse them with one of the restaurant’s signature sauces.
