Comic book enthusiasts invaded Charlotte Convention Center for the annual HeroesCon. The three-day event features plenty of comic book artists, illustrators, vendors and other special guests. There are also panels, workshops, lectures and other forms of entertainment – including one of the best: people watching. Folks dress up as their favorite superheroes, villains and/or comic book characters for the full experience. (Photos: Jeff Hahne)
