This annual film festival screens 20 films (each 15 minutes or less) from 25 different countries. There’s a mix of genres, including experimental, drama, documentary, comedy and animation. Among this year’s selections is In The Beginning, a cute animated flick directed by Arthur Metcalf. In the film, a young girl lends her creative gifts — which include crayons — to help God in the creation process. (Anita Overcash)
