Gypsy-punk outfit Gogol Bordello first hit the national radar when frontman Eugene Hütz was hanging out with Madonna in 2007. Regardless of how they garnered attention, Hütz and company are worthy of a healthy listen — especially in the live setting. This band is consistently in my top 10 live acts to see because of their infectious energy and the party-like atmosphere they create from the time the first notes ring out. (Jeff Hahne)
