Pixies, John Grant
Alt-rock quartet Pixies left their mark on the late ’80s and early ’90s before calling it quits for a decade. The band toured hard in 2009, celebrating the anniversary of its landmark album Doolittle. Since then, bassist Kim Deal left to focus on solo work and is currently replaced by Paz Lenchantin (A Perfect Circle, Zwan). The band is touring in support of new material it has released since 2013 -— three EPs that were reissued as the album Indie Cindy. (Jeff Hahne)
