South End Art and Soul
This festival turns South End into an artsy-errr place to roam. Start by getting a day pass for the light rail so you can hop on and off and hit various locations with special events. This includes live music at Sycamore Brewing, painting demos at Kingston Avenue, a poetry slam at the Trolley Museum, aerialists at Greek Isles and more. There’s also the Charlotte Food Fight (ticketed event), where local chefs will be competing.
