For more than 20 years, Speed Street has transformed Uptown during race week. While the concert schedule is nothing like year’s past, fans of Craig Wayne Boyd (he was a winner on The Voice), Parmalee and Journey (well, there’s a Journey tribute band) will be happy. Snag some autographs from NASCAR notables like Ernie Irvan and Donnie Allison, or just go for the people-watching. (Kim Lawson)
