TuTu's Boutique presents the 1st Annual Strip the Runway 'Pre-Show' Hair & Fashion with Material Girl Hair on March 1 at the Chop Shop (399 E 35th Street, Charlotte, NC 28205). Live music performances by Sugar Bear & EU (Da Butt), PinkyXXX, Chella H, featuring Hip Hop showcase artists and music mixed by Power 98's, Mr. Incognito.
