2015 Vietnamese Tet Festival

When: Sun., Feb. 15, 12-4 p.m. 2015

Much like the Chinese New Year, Tet — a short and sweet name for the Vietnamese New Year — celebrates the arrival of spring. Sure, it’s still the heart of winter here in the Q.C., but here we’ll find the extra warmth of vermicelli noodle soup to keep us cozy. But Tet festivities include more than food. Dancing, music, games, cultural displays and a beauty contest are also in the mix. (Anita Overcash)
