On behalf of the Board of Directors, the Arts Council of York County invites the public and the members of the Arts Council to the 37th Annual Arts Celebration. Williams & Fudge Gallery Exhibition | M. C. Churchill-Nash Blues & Bluegrass Music | Chris Payne and Jim Garrett The Annual Celebration includes highlights from the past year, presentations of the Ben Ardrey Volunteer Award, the Business & the Arts Award, and the Long Family Scholarship.
