Featuring keynote speakers and musical performances:
● 82-year-old record-breaking bodybuilder, Ernestine Shepherd will share her personal story to encourage optimal physical and mental health at any age
● Rev. Dr. Nicole Martin of American Bible Society, and Rev. Walter Bowers of Ebenezer Baptist Church will each share a word on inspirational guidance
● Rita Tolbert, of UnitedHealthcare, will walk attendees through eligibility requirements and enrollment windows
