Formerly known as DJ Walkzz, Alan Walker became the top YouTuber in Norway this year with 15 million subscribers. Now he’s setting his sights on the United States. And before he takes over the world, he has to start at World in the Music Factory. Walker is a gamer and hacker enthusiast, and his tendency to cover his face in pictures and appearances was inspired by the activist hacker outfit Anonymous, which fits with the electronic sound of hits like “Faded” and “Ignite.”
