Panel discussion (7:30 p.m.) about race, profiling and bias-based policing. Will specifically discuss the recent shooting of Jonathan Ferrell, NC's "Stand Your Ground" laws, and Reforming Charlotte's Citizen Review Board. There will also be poetry and music (9:30 p.m.).
