Art Lecture

Davidson College invites the public to a lecture by Tirtzah Bassel, an Israeli artist based in Brooklyn as a resident of the Chashama Visual Arts Program. Bassel will speak about her work in a talk entitled "Airport InSecurity." Bassel's drawings, paintings and site-specific duck tape installations explore the permeable boarders between public and private domains in subways, barbershops and airport security zones. The lecture will be in the Belk Visual Arts Center Semans Auditorium.
