Now past the two-decade mark in their career making music largely for the indie scene, the Rhymesayers duo has not slown down a bit. Their latest album, Fishin’ Blues, answers the question of whether the pair will put up the Gone Fishin’ sign and retire to obscurity with a resounding “Hell no.” With Ant still killing the production and Slug never losing a lyrical step, the Minneapolis twosome can still flow with the best of them, and they’ve clearly still got plenty more stories to tell.
