In Ayurveda Weekend 2 the focus shifts to how that nourishment turns into the tissues of the physical body (dhatus), and the qualities of the energetic body (ojas, tejas, and prana). We’ll also explore the subdoshas of Pitta and Kapha. You probably knew Vata has the 5 Vayus, but did you know there are 5 Pittas, and 5 Kaphas too?!
