Ever wondered why Midwood Smokehouse is the best pick for gameday? Executive Pit Master Matthew Barry will be sharing his decades of experience while you get to taste some of what Midwood has to offer. We'll be going over how to smoke wings properly, and all the elements of the perfect tailgate for football season. This course is the intermediate course after Barbecue 101. The event is at our Park Road location, so don't show up to our Plaza Midwood demanding to speak to the pit master!
