Bassh, Brave Baby
When Matriomy’s James Brown started writing music for that band’s Columbia Records followup, he felt himself being pulled in a different sonic direction. While his wife was feeling similar creative turmoil, the band decided to shelve things for a while and see where the new creativity led its memebers individually. Enter the alt-rock project Bassh, featuring Brown and fellow Matrimony member CJ Hardee with a far more electric musical backdrop. (Jeff Hahne)
