Being Gay, Going Grey

Finally, an exhibit that celebrates one of the things we've all been programed to fear: aging. C'mon, it's not so bad — says the girl who is counting down the days to retirement (not really, the whopping number of days makes that too depressing). The LGBT Community Center of Charlotte's Being Gay, Going Grey showcases artwork, photography and poetry from local artists in the LGBT Community. Come during the opening night reception, which will also feature spoken word performances and a chance to mingle with the artists. Opening reception on April 12, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
